What is your site url? If it's www.aipicc.com then it might be blocked. At least at this very moment the page times out when trying to access it. I was able however to access it through a proxy (www.proxy4china.com).

Here are two options if your site is blocked: ask your current host to move you to another IP, or change of hosting company. In case the audience of your site is mainly Chinese, it makes sense to have your site hosted on a server within China as access speed will greatly improve.</description>
