Due to the national days holidays here in China our office will be closed from October 1st to 8th. Phone support will be unavailable during that time. We will however continue to provide basic support through email and support tickets. New orders will be processed as usual, however for dedicated servers we won’t be able to get them up as local datacenters will not be operating during that period.
Due to popular demand, we will be launching a new offering of dedicated servers in Hong Kong datacenters very soon. As for China, those servers will be unmanaged but with competitive pricing and good value as compared to existing competition. Both Linux and Windows would be available as OS. The main advantage over current China servers would be that no ICP license filling would be required, while the access speed would be comparable to mainland servers when accessed from China. We are pleased to announce that we will be moving to our new office in Shanghai in about ten days. The new office is located in Sichuan North Rd, a business district in the Northern part of the city. We will also be bringing in two additional technical support staff. Keep posted for more details.
After weeks of testing, we have added a new server with CPanel for shared hosting customers in Shanghai. This new server is at China Netcom datacenter. We will be moving some of the clients from the previous two servers to the new one over the next few days. Concerned clients will have zero downtime during the transfer process.

We are happy to announce the official launch of our affiliate program, one of the first by any host in China. Affiliates can earn USD10 for each sale referred to our website, with the minimum payout being USD100. Payment is done by Paypal or wire transfer.
Domain name sales (without hosting) or sales for which payment was not received will not earn commissions.
If you are a site owner, after signing up you can download from your affiliate accounts banners with your affiliate tracking code, which you can place on your website. This affiliate program is opened to clients and non-clients.

We are proud to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website www.sinohosting.net ; it is an improvement from the previous design, and has been conceived with usability in mind, to ensure easy navigation by users and visitors.
Major changes includes:
-Updates to our VPS and China hosting plans. China plans now include free domain name and ICP license registration. Number of plans have been reduced from 5 to 3 and match in terms of disk space our international plans. Old clients are not affected though they can continue on their current plans and renew at same prices.
-Introduction of dedicated server plans. We used to offer dedicated server on a custom order basis only, but now we have four different server solutions available for clients to choose.
-China server colocation and hosted exchange email solutions have also been added to our offerings.
-We have revamped our online support system, clients and prospects will now be able to open support tickets directly from our website which will yield faster response times than our support email.
We have also added new domain extensions (.eu, .me etc.), web design services, etc. More will be announced in the next few days, including our affiliate program, the first of its kind among web hosts in China, and for which you can already sign up.
