Issues with server aberdeen
Since yesterday we are experiencing issues with the aberdeen hard drive as well as exim services. Our admins are still working on full resolution together with the datacenter technicians. We apologize for the downtime caused especially to the email services.
We have about 400 clients websites hosted on this server which are affected. We expect resolution tonight or otherwise will just migrate all accounts to a new server.
Affected clients may open a ticket with our billing department to claim a one month downtime credit to their account.

We have completed the fsck to the HDD but it still does not seem fully responsive. We are working to get services back as soon as possible, but in the same time are scheduling a hard drive replacement with full migration over the week end. We will keep you updated.
