We are happy to announce that our parent company, Sinovantage International Limited, has now a new office in Shenzhen. Located in Luohu district, just 5mn from Dongmen commercial area and 20mn from the Hong Kong border checkpoint, the new office will help provide a better service to our company’s customers in Shenzhen and Guangdong province, but also serve in expanding our client base locally.
As far as SinoHosting is concerned, the new office will assist at the beginning with billing issues only. Sales and technical support inquiries must still be addressed to our Shanghai office or submitted through our support ticket system. We plan to add technical staff to the office in a near future.

We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our billing system
to the latest version available from the developper (WHMCS). From now
on, new orders and renewals will be available in USD (previously the
Chinese Yuan or RMB was the only currency available).
As a result, invoices settlement, order payments or account
funding/credit can be done automatically through our billing system
with Paypal without the need of a manual conversion as previously
required.
Some minor tweaks are still being done on the billing system,
including the integration with our main site design, however all
functions are already fully avalable.
We will be launching in June our reseller hosting plans. Structured for web designers looking to host their own clients by providing them separate access details, internet-related companies planning to add hosting to their service offerings, and large firms with a high number of websites that need to be managed by different teams, our cPanel reseller hosting plans will come in three packages of 20GB, 35GB and 50GB respectively, with anonymous dns, unlimited domain names, emails, mysql databases, sub-domains etc., and priced from RMB3,000/year. Due to a decision by our registrar, we are temporarily suspending dot cn domain name registration. This is a consequence of the tougher restrictions and registration process that were enabled by the CNNIC last month. We hope that restrictions will be somewhat relaxed after the Chinese New Year holiday or later in the year. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Due to the national days holidays here in China our office will be closed from October 1st to 8th. Phone support will be unavailable during that time. We will however continue to provide basic support through email and support tickets. New orders will be processed as usual, however for dedicated servers we won’t be able to get them up as local datacenters will not be operating during that period.
Due to popular demand, we will be launching a new offering of dedicated servers in Hong Kong datacenters very soon. As for China, those servers will be unmanaged but with competitive pricing and good value as compared to existing competition. Both Linux and Windows would be available as OS. The main advantage over current China servers would be that no ICP license filling would be required, while the access speed would be comparable to mainland servers when accessed from China.
