Server taipo issues

Since yesterday late night we are experiencing recurring DDoS attacks on the server taipo. Due to the scale of the attack there is little the datacenter can do to mitigate other than temporarily null routing the IP. This will affect uptime of all sites hosted on it.

We apologize for the inconvenience but in a shared hosting environment there is little we can do as we do not know the client site that is causing the DDoS. We are exploring alternatives including changing the server IP addresses to see if this can solve the issue.

Clients who have their own backups and want to be migrated to a different server can submit a ticket at support@sinohosting.net so that we activate a new account for them.

DDoS attack on tiger.sinohosting.net

We are seeing a DDoS attack on the main IP of this server, we have contacted datacenter for assistance. If you are a client on this server and find your site offline, please open a support ticket to have your site pointed to a different IP. Thank you for your understanding.
