Billing system issue
August 20th, 2009 shadminOver the last 24h we are experiencing some issues with our billing system, existing clients are not able to log in to view their billing accounts, while we are unable to receive new orders. Our admins are working on it to get it back asap. Meanwhile, for renewals, please contact our billing department at billing@sinohosting.net for manual processing. For new orders as well, you can email support@sinohosting.net with your selected plan to receive an invoice by email.
Details will be updated in the billing system as soon as it is fully operational. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
